Fibonacci variant: using Backgammon doubling dice

Fibonacci can be played as a gambling game, using Backgammon doubling dice.

The doubling dice are on the side of starting player, 64, facing upwards.

The players agree a starting stake for the game.

At any point, the starting player can offer his / her opponent a double.

If the second player accepts, the stakes are doubled, and the doubling dice is moved to the side of the second player, 2, facing upwards.  At any point, even immediately, the second player can then offer a re-double, and the first player can then accept, with the stake redoubling.

If a player rejects a double, the game ends, with the player who offered the double as the winner; the player who rejected the double paying the winner the agreed stake.
